It's the next part of Goe Goe! Now let's delve back into the past of the Goemon series to have a look at the obscurer characters who have been pals of Goemon...
If you've played "Legend of The Mystical Ninja" back on the SNES you'll know these two already. They're the ninja kitties, Koban Neko and Kurobei.
Koban originally appeared in Goemon Gaiden on the FC, he was the small nimble member of the group till Sasuke was added, he weilds many claw type weapons. He re -appears in the first SNES game at the end of the second level to give you some information.
Kurobei made his debut in Legend of the Mystical Ninja, Kurobei has the power of shapeshifting and protects Princess Yuki, he was playable in Goemon Mononoke Sugrokku on N64. Kurobei was originally purple, then red for the 2 N64 titles he re-appeared in, then turned dark blue in Goemon Mononoke Sugrokku .
Haha, no wonder I was like "I remember seeing a blue kurobei somewhere else and also a red one too but no purple...". XD I haven't got to the part where kurobei and koban neko appears in the SNES Goemon game~ Anyways, they look so cuuute! >3< And you colored them really well too! ^o^
I remember this cats. I played the snes game and it was pretty cool. All the art that they made in this game, the characters, the music, the background everything is cool. I hope they make a new ganbare goemon for the next generation systems.
